Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to EstiBill, a digital software service for creating and managing estimates, quotations and invoices. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using EstiBill, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EstiBill only for lawful business purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the application, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
3. Service Scope
EstiBill provides tools to create, manage and share Estimates, Quotations and Invoices, manage customers and work-rate categories, and generate PDF documents. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product evolves.
4. User-Generated Documents
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business details, customer details, rates, measurements and totals you enter. EstiBill performs the calculations you configure but does not verify the correctness of the underlying business data you supply.
5. Plans
EstiBill offers a Free plan and paid Monthly/Yearly plans as described on our Pricing page. Plan pricing, document limits and edit limits are shown on the Pricing and Upgrade pages and are enforced by the application; the values displayed there are the current, authoritative terms.
6. Payment
Paid plan payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your plan is activated only after payment is verified. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and payment issues, and our Cancellation Policy for subscription cancellation and expiry terms.
7. Plan Limits
The Free plan includes 3 lifetime documents with up to 2 edits per document. The Monthly plan includes 10 new documents per successful monthly plan cycle with unlimited edits. The Yearly plan includes unlimited new documents and unlimited edits for the active yearly period. The current Pricing and Upgrade pages remain the authoritative source for plan pricing and limits.
8. Subscription Validity
A paid subscription is valid for the billing period purchased (one month or one year from activation, or from the current expiry date if renewing before expiry). Monthly document quota and Yearly unlimited access remain subject to the plan rules shown on the Pricing page until the subscription end date.

10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using EstiBill at any time.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep EstiBill available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability.
12. Intellectual Property
The EstiBill application, its design, and its underlying software are the property of EstiBill and its operators. You retain ownership of the business, customer and document data you enter.
13. Liability
EstiBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Misuse
Attempting to bypass plan limits, security controls, or payment verification, or using the service to generate fraudulent documents, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EstiBill after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
